1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Spice Island Car Rentals ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Rental Eligibility and Driver Requirements

• Age: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
• License: A valid driver's license from your home country is required. If your license is not in English, an International Driving Permit may be required.
• Local Driving Permit: A Grenadian local driving permit is required by law. We can assist you in obtaining this upon arrival. It costs approximately $60 XCD ($24 USD).

3. Insurance Basics

All our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. However, a damage deposit of $750 USD is required at the time of pickup. This deposit is authorized on your credit card and covers the deductible in case of damage or accident.

4. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed on the rental agreement. The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or driving off-road.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spice Island Car Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
