Return & Refund Policy

1. The Damage Deposit

A $750 USD damage deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. This is typically handled as a pre-authorization on a major credit card (Visa or Mastercard). No funds are actually withdrawn from your account unless there is damage to the vehicle.

2. Deposit Release

Upon the safe and undamaged return of the vehicle at the end of your rental period, the pre-authorization will be released immediately. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 3-10 business days for the released funds to reflect in your available balance.

3. Deductions from Deposit

Deductions from the damage deposit may occur for the following reasons:

• Physical damage to the vehicle (bodywork, glass, tires, interior).
• Lost keys.
• Returning the vehicle with less fuel than when it was picked up (refueling charges will apply).
• Excessive cleaning required (e.g., excessively dirty interior, strong odors).
• Late return fees.

4. Refunds

Refunds for unused rental days are generally not provided if you choose to return the vehicle earlier than the agreed-upon date in your rental contract. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
