When you make a reservation, we will:

  1. Send you a confirmation email with your booking details
  2. Call you within 24 hours to finalize:
    • Exact pickup time and location
    • Payment details and total cost
    • Required documentation
    • Any special requests or questions

Airport Pickup Procedure

For Customers Arriving at Maurice Bishop International Airport

Before Your Arrival:

  1. Provide us with your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival time) at least 48 hours in advance
  2. Include your phone number (including WhatsApp if available) for easy communication
  3. We will confirm your pickup time via email and phone

Upon Arrival:

  1. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals area
  2. Contact us at +1 (473) 403-1976 to let us know you have arrived
  3. Our representative will meet you at a designated meeting point (confirmed during booking)
  4. Look for our Spice Island Car Rentals representative with clear signage

At Pickup:

  1. Complete rental paperwork and payment
  2. Obtain your temporary driver’s license (if required)
  3. Receive vehicle orientation and instructions
  4. Receive 24/7 roadside assistance contact information
  5. Drive away and enjoy exploring Grenada

Flight Delays

We understand that flight delays are a common occurrence and are beyond your control.

  3. Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (or as specified in your rental agreement)
  4. Our representative will:
    • Inspect the vehicle with you present
    • Check fuel level and overall condition
    • Provide you with a return receipt
    • Process your damage deposit refund (within 7-10 business days)
