Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Windows and Fees

• More than 48 hours notice: Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation fees.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental charge.
• No-Shows: If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to two days' rental charge.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@spiceislandcarrentals.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +1 (473) 555-0198. Please provide your name and reservation dates.

3. Vehicle Exchanges

If you experience a mechanical issue with your rental vehicle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement vehicle of a similar or better class to be delivered to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange your vehicle for a different model for personal preference during your rental period, this is subject to availability and may incur an exchange fee or a difference in the daily rental rate.
