How do I book a vehicle?
Submit the “Reserve Your Vehicle” form with your dates and pickup details. We’ll confirm by email and follow up by phone within 12 hours.
Can I reserve a car in advance?
Yes. We recommend reserving early, especially for peak travel dates.
What information is required to book?
Arrival date/time, rental length, pickup location (airport or other), driver name, front and back photos of driver’s license and a phone/WhatsApp number.
Do you offer airport pickup at Maurice Bishop International Airport?
Yes. Airport pickup and delivery are included at no extra cost.
Where do I collect and return the vehicle?
Most pickups are at Maurice Bishop International Airport. Returns are arranged during booking confirmation.
Can I arrange delivery to another location?
Yes, in many cases. Tell us where you’d like delivery when you reserve.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem. Share your flight details (or message us on WhatsApp) and we’ll adjust pickup.
Driver Requirements & Driving in Grenada
What are the age requirements to rent a car?
Minimum age is 25. In certain cases, we will accommodate as young as 21, but we will require a larger damage deposit. If you’re unsure, contact us, and we’ll confirm.
Do I need a Grenada driver’s license?
Visitors typically need a temporary driving permit to drive legally in Grenada.
NOTE: OECS drivers are exempt.
How do I obtain a temporary driving permit?
A Temporary Driver’s Licence is $24 USD (mandatory, government-issued). We’ll guide you through what’s needed during confirmation.
What are the road conditions like in Grenada?

How much does it cost to rent a car?
Suzuki Ignis rates start at $57/day, with lower daily rates for longer stays.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A $750 USD damage deposit is required.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden convenience fees. 15% VAT applies at checkout, and the $24 USD temporary permit is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, E-Transfer, Debit Card, Pay Pal. If you have a preference, ask and we’ll confirm what works.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes. We’ll explain coverage clearly during confirmation.
What happens if the car is damaged?
We’ll walk you through next steps and documentation if anything happens.

Full-to-full or same level.

Are there mileage limits?
There is no milage limit
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before with no penalty. With less than 24 hours’ notice, we withhold 50 USD.
Can I change my booking dates?

Call or WhatsApp us between 8 am and 8 pm local time, and we’ll help right away.
What happens in case of an emergency?
If there’s an emergency, contact local 911 services first, then notify us as soon as you’re safe.
